How do I use your service?

Quite simply register with us on line, or print our registration documents and fax them back to us. One of our team will then call you and then guide you through the process of how to buy your foreign exchange.

Is my money safe?

Your funds will be held in a separate transaction account with our bank, Lloyds TSB. Funds are lodged here until we receive written instruction from you on where the funds are to be transferred. We do not speculate on the market with your funds.

Is there a minimum amount?

We are in a position to offer competitive rates of exchange on amounts above £5,000.00.

How do I pay?

We accept BACS, CHAPS, and Debit/Credit Cards up to £10,000.00. Please be aware that we do not accept cash for settlement.

Is there a cost?

We do not charge a commission, there is not cost to register, and we are able to ensure that the correct amount arrives in your account. We have a nominal fee for transfers and if a client wants to trade an amount under £5,000.00 we levy a £25.00 fee.

How long do transfers take?

Once we have cleared your funds, a BACS transfer can take 3/4 days whilst a CHAPS should be the same day, your currency should arrive within 1-5 days. At times we are dependant on international time zones, local banking hours, and international holidays.
