Getting ready in the morning I seem to smile these days, after all I am doing a job that I really enjoy. I guess we all have choices and as a salesman I have certain things that I really want to achieve. The choices are how much time you are prepared to give and for what return.
It is true to say I do give a lot of time but I actually want to since the upside is that the company that I work for is truly a great business to work for after all just last night after work I went off with the MD to drink some cosmos and get some dinner for no other reason other than its what they do.
The above is just the tip of the iceberg the reality is that if you deliver at CFX then the recognition and reward can be substantial and you can also have some fun along the way.
If you enjoy competition, a transparent management style and earning money then this could be the place for you. The company has a real focus on its people at whatever level they are at within the framework.
I really enjoy coming to work currently and working in a growing and expanding business which includes and involves everyone. It, to a degree, has a family feel about the way the company operates. Lets me also make some other observations, the role is a sales job and as ever with any sales job the basic levels of activity need to be done, without this you have no real pipeline and cannot then move forward and exceed targets.
There is loads of training and feedback about how to do the job successfully and this really helps you can clearly see how everyone wants everyone else to be successful.
Of course it is a competitive market place and you need to stay on top of your administration, which by the way is a real challenge for me, but if you get everything in place doing the job becomes easy and then it’s a case of generating the profit and the commission.
If you are thinking about FX as a career and can sell I would recommend you send in your CV since taking a look at an opportunity can only be a good thing. |
